High-Capacity Structured Packing for Increased Throughput
ROSEPAK™ Plus Structured Packing is engineered for applications requiring increased column capacity while maintaining excellent mass transfer efficiency. Its enhanced corrugated sheet geometry promotes improved vapour distribution and more effective liquid spreading, allowing higher operating capacities with lower pressure drop than conventional structured packing.
The optimised channel design reduces flow resistance while maintaining a large effective surface area for gas-liquid contact. This combination enables ROSEPAK™ Plus to process higher vapour and liquid loads without compromising separation performance, making it an ideal solution for debottlenecking existing columns or designing high-capacity new installations.
