410S Valve Trays for a 3,200 mm ID Fractionator

The Project

Rosenberg Process was selected to supply replacement valve trays for an existing Fractionator Tower at Neste Oyj’s Porvoo Refinery in Finland.

Working with Ferroman Engineering Oy, Rosenberg engineered and supplied 12 valve trays (Trays #15–#26) for the 3,200 mm internal diameter column.

Our Solution

The replacement trays were engineered to meet the process and mechanical requirements of the existing Fractionator Tower, ensuring compatibility with the existing column and supporting reliable mass transfer performance.

The complete tray package was manufactured in 410S stainless steel and supplied for installation at the Porvoo refinery.

The Result

Rosenberg successfully delivered the engineered valve tray package, supporting the continued performance and operation of the existing Fractionator Tower at Neste’s Porvoo facility.
