Classic Design with Proven Reliability

R-Pak™ Random Packing is based on the original Raschig Ring design, featuring a simple hollow cylindrical geometry with a 1:1 height-to-diameter ratio. As one of the earliest forms of random packing, Raschig Rings have been used successfully for decades in mass transfer processes across the chemical, petrochemical, and environmental industries.

Their uncomplicated design provides excellent mechanical durability and reliable performance in applications where robustness, chemical resistance, and ease of installation are important. R-Pak™ is particularly well suited to corrosive services, high-temperature applications, and systems where fouling resistance is a priority.

Although newer packing geometries can offer increased capacity and lower pressure drop, R-Pak™ remains a dependable and economical solution for many absorption, scrubbing, stripping, and liquid distribution duties where proven performance and long service life are the primary requirements.
