Proven Pall Ring Performance for General-Purpose Mass Transfer

P-Pak™ Random Packing is based on the proven Pall Ring design and provides an excellent balance of capacity, efficiency, and mechanical strength. Rows of punched windows and internal ligaments increase the effective surface area available for gas-liquid contact while promoting improved liquid distribution throughout the packed bed.

The open structure reduces resistance to vapour flow compared with traditional Raschig Rings, resulting in lower pressure drop and increased hydraulic capacity. The internal cross members also provide excellent mechanical strength, allowing P-Pak™ to withstand the loads associated with deep packed beds and demanding industrial service.

P-Pak™ is a versatile random packing suitable for distillation, absorption, stripping, scrubbing, and product recovery applications. Its combination of efficient mass transfer, robust construction, and reliable hydraulic performance makes it an economical choice for both new process columns and tower revamps.
