Smooth Surface Structured Packing for Low Pressure Drop and Fouling Service

ROSEPAK-S™ Smooth Structured Packing is designed for applications where exceptionally low pressure drop, high separation efficiency, and resistance to fouling are essential. Manufactured from smooth corrugated sheets, it creates uniform flow channels that promote efficient vapour-liquid contact while minimising resistance to vapour flow.

The smooth surface encourages the formation of a thin, evenly distributed liquid film while reducing areas where solids, polymers, or process contaminants can accumulate. This makes ROSEPAK-S™ particularly suitable for fouling services and processes where maintaining clean packing surfaces is critical to long-term performance.

Its combination of low liquid hold-up, efficient drainage, and reduced pressure loss also makes ROSEPAK-S™ an excellent choice for vacuum distillation, heat-sensitive products, and close-boiling separations where energy efficiency and stable operation are essential.

Available in a range of specific surface areas and materials, ROSEPAK-S™ is suitable for both new process columns and tower revamps across the refining, petrochemical, chemical, and speciality process industries.
