High-Efficiency Random Packing for Maximum Capacity

I-Pak™ Random Packing is based on a high-performance saddle geometry developed to maximise mass transfer while maintaining exceptionally low pressure drop. Its open structure promotes uniform gas and liquid distribution throughout the packed bed, providing efficient vapour-liquid contact and high hydraulic capacity across a wide operating range.

The optimised design combines a large effective surface area with excellent mechanical strength, making I-Pak™ suitable for both new process columns and tower revamps. Its low resistance to vapour flow helps reduce energy consumption while increasing throughput, making it an excellent choice for demanding distillation, absorption, stripping, scrubbing, and cooling applications.

Available in a range of sizes and materials, I-Pak™ Random Packing provides a reliable solution where high efficiency, low pressure drop, and long service life are essential.
