Gasumax Axial Flow Cyclone Mist Eliminator Explainer Video

The Rosenberg GasuMax Axial Flow Cyclone is an advanced mist elimination device designed to efficiently remove entrained liquid droplets from gas and vapor streams.

In this animation, we take a closer look at how the GasuMax works—from the moment the wet gas enters the cyclone, through the swirling separation process, to the clean gas leaving the outlet.

By using centrifugal forces, the GasuMax separates liquid droplets from the gas stream while maintaining high gas-handling capacity and low to medium pressure drop.

The GasuMax can achieve up to 99% separation efficiency for droplets 5 microns and larger, making it an effective solution for demanding gas and vapor separation applications.

Key Features:
• High-efficiency liquid droplet removal
• Up to 99% separation efficiency for droplets ≥5 microns
• High gas capacity
• Low to medium pressure drop
• Compact axial-flow design
• Suitable for gas scrubbers and mist elimination applications

Watch the animation to see how the GasuMax Axial Flow Cyclone helps deliver cleaner gas and more efficient separation.
