A process house that also holds the welding torch

Rosenberg Process is a designer and manufacturer of reactor, mass transfer and separation equipment. Most of what we make lives inside a vessel — trays, valves, packing, coalescers, mist eliminators, distributors and reactor internals — the hardware that determines whether a column meets spec.

What sets us apart is that we do both halves of the job. Our engineers model the hydraulics and specify the internals; our own shops then manufacture and test them in England. That short loop between design and fabrication is why we can reverse-engineer a drop-in part from a sample, revamp an ageing column inside its existing shell, or build to a bespoke duty — quickly, and without depending on anyone else’s factory.

We work with process engineers, plant and operations teams, EPC firms and researchers — anywhere separation, reaction or mass transfer needs to be made better.
