PurSorb RNS-78E

PurSorb RNS-78E is an extruded nickel absorbent that is very effective to remove sulphur compounds e.g. H2S, mercaptans and thiophenes. It is ideally suited for use in liquid phase applications as a guard bed for trace sulphur removal upstream of either catalytic reformers or isomerization units. PurSorb RNS-78E is supplied in partial reduced and stabilized form PurSorb RNS-78E is supplied in a reduced and stabilized form. It needs to be activated with hot oil or hydrogen rich stream at 150-180 °C.
