DEPSEP™ C-Plate Packs (Corrugated) are designed to maximise the performance of gravity separation systems by providing a large effective settling area within a compact vessel. The corrugated plate profile promotes uniform flow distribution and enhances the separation of suspended solids and dispersed oil droplets from water, delivering improved efficiency and increased process capacity.

The corrugated design creates multiple parallel flow channels, encouraging laminar flow while minimising turbulence and short-circuiting. This allows particles and droplets to settle or rise over shorter distances, improving separation performance and reducing the footprint of the separator.

Custom-engineered to suit individual vessel dimensions and process conditions, DEPSEP™ C-Plate Packs are suitable for both new installations and retrofit projects across a wide range of industrial and environmental applications.
