Rosenberg offers D-Mister mist eliminators to improve gas-liquid separation. Standard designs are available for routine applications, providing excellent separation efficiency down to droplet sizes as small as 2 μm with a pressure drop typically less than 2 mbar.
The Rosenberg D-Mister mesh pads can be used in vertical and horizonal vessels. A typical vessel suction drum separator arrangement is displayed in the image which shows the Rosenberg DM257 used to remove 99% of droplets larger than 10 micron.
