DEPSEP™ Flat Plate Packs are engineered to enhance the performance of gravity separation equipment by increasing the effective settling area within a compact footprint. Designed to promote efficient liquid-liquid and liquid-solid separation, they improve separation efficiency while reducing vessel size and increasing throughput.

The closely spaced inclined plates encourage laminar flow, allowing suspended solids or dispersed liquid droplets to settle or rise over a much shorter distance than in conventional gravity separators. This results in improved separation performance, increased capacity, and reduced residence time.

DEPSEP™ Flat Plate Packs are custom-designed to suit individual vessel configurations and process requirements, making them suitable for both new installations and retrofit applications across a wide range of industries.
