Rosenberg’s Naphtha Stabilizer Internals Technology provided for UK waste plastics plant
Rosenberg Supplies Naphtha Stabilizer Internals for UK Waste Plastics Recycling Plant
Rosenberg provided its advanced Naphtha Stabilizer Internals Technology to support the commissioning of RENEW ELP UK-based waste plastics recycling facility. The technology, tailored for optimised separation performance, included high-efficiency RoseFlow internals engineered to handle complex hydrocarbon mixtures derived from waste oil upgrading processes.
The contractor provided preliminary process simulation design using HYSYS which Rosenberg then verified using a suite of its own simulation programs plus commercial simulator software ChemSep. Due to the operational flexibility required, internals and RosePak Structured packing was supplied and guaranteed to perform under the multiple process conditions.
Designed for reliability and robustness, Rosenberg’s internals ensures stable operation and product quality within the plant’s circular economy process, contributing to the sustainable conversion of plastic waste into valuable petrochemical feedstocks.
