In 2025, a major UK-based chemicals operator initiated a project to enhance plant safety and environmental compliance through the installation of an emergency chlorine scrubber system. This system would act as a critical safeguard in the event of accidental chlorine release, protecting plant personnel and surrounding communities.

To ensure the scrubber system was both technically sound and fully compliant, the client partnered with Rosenberg Process to support the process design, engineering calculations, and equipment selection for the key component: the chlorine absorber.
